Iowa's Premier Beer, Wine & Food Expo features celebrity chef appearances by Dr. BBQ, Marc DeCarlo, George Reisch, Ryan Flock, Andrew Kingtigh and more!  

This weekend event will be a melting pot for culinary enthusiasts throughout the Midwest, offering the opportunity to discover the latest cooking techniques from celebrity chefs, as well as those at the local and regional level.

NEW THIS YEAR!!! Don’t miss out on an exciting new twist to Iowa’s Premier Beer, Wine and Food Expo, presented by Hy-Vee. 2012 marks the first year that exclusive Gourmet Pairing Dinners are offered during the show. This unique, exclusive dining experience pairs a tapas-style multi-course meal with select wine or beer presented, paired and served by one of Des Moines’ top chefs! Reservations can be made in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited seating for 20 is available for each experience. Please note that the $35 price does NOT include admission to the Expo.
